Horrible service. Not busy at all but the man stalls before taking order and carries on another task. Then start chatting with other staff, then in the middle of making my order suddenly remembers to make a personal call on his mobile, then back to chatting with the other staff. Sorry just let me know if I'm interrupting you by being a paying customer. To top it off, my ice latte tasted like sugar and room temp milk. No thank you costa- Wallington. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

A regular Costa with all the choice of food and drink you would expect. The man who served me was polite but looked miserable. One thing that I am curious about. The shop shuts at pm but at :pm the staff were already closing the food counters, and removing food from display. The oven/toaster machine was turned off and given a deep clean. So what would happen if I popped into the shop after :pm and fancied a toasted panini and cake? Clearing tables and chairs away around customers still in the shop is quite a passive aggressive way of telling you to 'drink up, we're closing'. Also had a staff member sweeping around my feet, with still minutes before close. The urge to close the shop gives off a very unprofessional look. I certainly do not want to feel rushed when I am sat enjoying my coffee.Vegetarian options: Some options available. Just ask.Dietary restrictions: Different milk options are available. Some you pay extra for.Parking: Some supermarkets have free parking for limited time. Pay and display car parks are also in the area behind the shop. Free street parking if you can find it.Kid-friendliness: All welcome. Highchairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. May need help with the door if it is shut.

Enjoyed my coffee and sweet treats. A uniform taste across all the Costa’s that I enjoy.Service was a tad slow but it was a bit busy. Staff were attentive but came across very rude when taking to some customers. Very blunt mannerisms. Served me quickly and without any issues.Nice little cafe to have a catch up with friends and enjoy the lovely treats and coffee.

Service was a little delayed due to a customer complaining to the only member of staff serving on arrival however once the other member of staff came back from the toilet my order was taken and service was fast. It wasn't crowded. It's quite nice in this branch. It has alot of indoor seating. AC perfect. Enjoyed my sandwich and drink.
